If you are interested in ordering your Meal Plan or your Training Program, then please book your Free Telephonic Consultation (30 minute) with Kevin Naude’ so that we can discuss how we can assist you by providing you with your personalised meal plan and then we will also explain all of our Services and our fees with you.

Please complete all information requested and please type in the reason for your booking your appointment in the Notes Field on your booking (for example – Meal Plan for Weight loss or for Sports Performance, or Medical Conditions, or Nutrition advice, or would like to order a Training program).

Bookings for Telephonic Consultations are at specific times – see Booking Diary, our last available Telephonic Consultation booking for the day on the Booking Diary is at 14:00. As Kevin books his Zoom Consultations with his clients in the afternoons. However if you need to book a late afternoon appointment for after 15:00pm, then please contact Kevin Naude’ to book your telephonic appointment, on his email admin@bodysculptdoc.co.za so that he can arrange a suitable date & time for your appointment – simply click on the email link here above and email Kevin.

For Late Afternoon Telephonic appointments for after 15:00pm – please contact Kevin Naude’ to book your appointment, contact him on his email admin@bodysculptdoc.co.za to arrange your late afternoon appointment with you..

Once your appointment is booked – you will receive a Booking Confirmation Email, once you receive your confirmation email, please could you complete a short Online Client Questionaire, simply click on the Client Questionaire link on your confirmation email and then complete the Questionaire, or just click on this link here Client Questionaire.

Please note that should you need to Reschedule your appointment, or Cancel your appointment, then please do so 24 hours in advance, and please click on the Reschedule Link shown at the bottom of your Booking Confirmation email.
