We create personalised Meal Plans for your Specific Health Goals. We will assist you to Lose Weight, Be Healthy And to Feel Great. Our Meal Plans are personalised Meal Plans created specifically for each client and their nutritional requirements and goals, our meal plans are not generic meal plans.
We assist our clients to treat medical conditions, such as Cholesterol, Diabetes, Blood Pressure, Thyroid conditions, Intestinal conditions such as IBS, Diverticulitis, etc. We also treat Adrenal Fatigue “Burnout” and many other medical conditions through our Meal Plans with correct healthy nutrition.
Healthy eating is about feeling great, having more energy, and keeping yourself as healthy as possible – all of which can be achieved by learning some nutrition basics and using them in a way that works for you. Healthy eating begins with learning how to “eat smart”. Successful weight loss is all about changing the way you eat, when you eat, and how you eat, using Nutrient timing, and doing it all in a way that is custom-designed so that it is natural for you. It is about making positive mindset & lifestyle changes. We also offer Monthly Progress Weigh-in Appointments to our clients, as we understand our clients and we know the type of the support that they require on their weight loss journey, we have a team to support you. Our Meal Plans include 5 -6 Regular Meals in a day, with an even distribution of Carbohydrates and Proteins to Stabilise blood sugar levels, and increase Metabolism. Personalised to each Clients specific kilojoule requirements & Goals.

Our program is not about dieting, it’s about feeding your body, not starving it. It’s about enjoying a variety of nutrients and tasty foods that support your health, while satisfying your appetite. It is safe and practical, a common sense approach which takes the guesswork out of eating right. Our Meal Plans consists of 7 Day Menu Plans. We have done all the calculations and combinations for you, all you have to do is follow the Meal Plan everyday, and you won’t believe the Results. Please view our Meal Plan Page to find out more about our Meal Plans.
Our personalised services includes a First Consultation & Body Assessment Appointment, this body assessment includes Full body Measurements, Bodyfat percentage, Weight & Goal Assessment. Thereafter we give our clients their Personalised Meal Plan calculated specifically for them and their goals. We also do regular follow-up Body Assessments with our clients, every 4 weeks (Optional). We find that this helps our clients to stay focused, motivated and to reach their goals.
As we understand our clients and the support that they require, we have a team to help you. Ladies you may book your Monthly Weigh-in Appointments either with Kevin or with Tanya. Men may book your Monthly Weigh-in Appointments with Kevin.
Once our clients reach their Goal Weight, we also give them a Maintenance Plan, this includes additional foods and meal options, so that they can enjoy their Healthy Eating Lifestyle and stay Slim and Healthy for Life.
To achieve a Full Body Transformation we highly recommend including Exercise, we will design you a Gym or Home Training Program, which will be specifically for your Goals.
