Our online Nutrition & Health consultations offered by Kevin Naude’ (Nutritionist) are ideal for anyone wanting to discuss and improve and assist with current eating regimes, general health, weight loss, sporting performance goals and current medical conditions, customised advice through zoom or telephonic consultations.
The service accomodates all types of clients, from marathon runners to stay-at-home moms.
The first step is to have your nutritional consultation, where Kevin will get to meet you and discuss your concerns, and then within the consultation he will advise you the best way forward.
Consultation fee is R450 for a Zoom session or Telephonic session.

We ask you to complete our Online Client Health Questionaire, which helps us to get to know you a bit better, for us to get to know your health concerns & your goals.
Once we have received your completed online Questionaire, we will contact you to schedule your online Consultation. We will then review your forms and then send you a copy of them for you to have to refer to in your consultation.
Fees are payable on the consultation day, and an Invoice will follow your consultation.
Please note that Nutritionist fees are not claimable from medical aids.
