This Home Training Program is designed to achieve maximum Fat Loss and Fitness for both Men and Women.

This effective Program consisting ‎of 2 Full Body Home Workout also includes a Post Run/Walk Workout – should you want to include some running or walking (optional).‎

The 2 full body Workouts consist of Supersetting, Functional Training & Body Weight Training, as well as Core Strengthening. These workouts‎ will increase the release of your Fat Burning Hormones, and increase your overall fitness levels without any additional cardio training, and strengthen your muscles in the process. (Training Program can be done at Home or at Gym)

Should you wish to do any additional Running or Walking ‎during the week, there is also a Post Run / Walk Workout routine included.‎ We recommend that you do this Post workout after your Run / Walk to enhance the Fat Burning effect.

‎The Training Program requires minimal equipment, therefore minimum cost. The Program can be either a 3 Day, 4 Day, 5 Day or a 6 Day week Training Plan, dependant on what your weekly schedule allows. The Program is effective even if you only get to train 3 times a week.
