We realise that times are uncertain and difficult at the moment, and that many people have a tight food budget and therefore we want to assist people in eating healthy. We all know that eventually lockdown will end and that this virus will pass, but we want to let you know that this doesn’t mean that you can’t eat healthy and start your weight loss today.

Our affordable Budget Weight Loss Meal Plan is a specifically calculated 3 Day Menu Meal Plan, designed to achieve excellent results. The 3 Day Menu Plan consists of basic budget meals and includes cost effective healthy foods, making shopping simple and healthy eating affordable. You may order additional Menu’s if you wish, therefore your Meal Plan can be a 4 Day or a 5 Day Meal Plan or more. The meal plans are easy to follow, each Menu may be individually repeated, or Menu’s may be followed in sequence and then repeated. Example of following the menu sequence: you can follow Day Menu 1, then 2, then 3 and then repeat the sequence.

Weight loss is a Science, basic foods are all you need.

We provide Ladies, Men’s and Couples Budget Meal Plans, meals that the whole family can have. All plans are personalised to each Clients specific kilojoule requirements & Goals. Dieting and weightloss is a science and is about formulations, combinations and consistency. Losing weight doesn’t have to be about eating Super Foods, Organic Foods, or Gluten-free Foods, etc.

Sometimes the more simple and basic the foods are then the better the weightloss results. Your Health is and will always be a top priority but it doesn’t mean emptying out your bank account or credit cards to eat healthy and to lose weight.

We would like to encourage you that if you have any medical conditions, such as Diabetes, Hypertension (High Blood Pressure), Cholesterol, or if you are Overweight or Obese, it is very important for you to eat healthy and to lose weight, and to strengthen your body in these times, as your immune system does not function optimally if you have any of these medical conditions. It has now been statistically proven that if you have underlying medical conditions that you are at high risk of getting very sick and that you could even die from Covid-19 should you get the virus.
