Online Client Nutrition coaching is ideal for anyone seeking a healthy nutrition strategy for weight loss, for general health, for fitness improvements, or sports performance improvements.
Our Nutrition coaching services includes an initial nutrition assessment online consultation, custom nutritional meal plan, ongoing online follow-up consultations (meet every 2 weeks), these followup’s are available for the duration of your time working with your online nutritionist, services include adjustments of your nutrition meal plan, online weigh-in stat monitoring, and constant support from your online Nutritionist – Kevin Naude’.
Our concept does more than just teach you how to eat better and become more active. You’ll also develop the mindset you need to experience the confidence and freedom a healthy lifestyle has to offer.

Benefits of Healthy Eating
Healthy eating is about feeling great and having more energy, it is about consuming the nutrients that your body and mind needs to function optimally – all of which can be achieved by learning about nutrition basics and using them in a way that works for you and your Goals that you have set for yourself. We also create couples meal plans so that it is easy for couples to follow their meal plans together, so that you can work as a team on your health journey and reach your goals, our meal plans are also family friendly.
Meeting regularly = Success
Meeting with your personal nutritionist online, in a zoom consultation, every 2 weeks encourages you to regularly reflect on your food choices and bad eating habits and patterns, and allows you to quickly make incremental improvements and nip bad habits in the bud. Meeting on a regular basis helps to keep you on track and accountable to your weight loss and nutrition goals. (Please note that if you do not have facilities for zoom then we can do the followups telephonically).
Whatever obstacles arise, your coach will help you overcome them by modifying your program or offering new solutions. He’s part nutritionist, part scientist, part friend.
With an extensive background in nutrition and sports nutrition, as well as years of experience helping people to learn the ins and outs of nutrition, we can create a healthy nutrition plan to help you to meet your goals whilst we educate you in the process.
What you get when you join our Online Coaching Program:
- Initial online nutrition assessment and consultation (30 minute zoom consultation) with your Nutritionist & Coach – in this meeting we take time to learn about you and your goals so we can create a plan just for you, this consult along with your Client Information Forms that you have completed, we encourage you to also send us your Photo so that we can see you (photo optional), this will give us everything that we need to create your plan.
- Custom nutrition strategy—you will receive a Progressive Day Menu Meal Plan customised for you every step of the way. Initially you will receive your Starter Menu Meal Plan to begin your journey.
- Plan revisions — the plan will be revised every 4 weeks as you progress, you will receive new additional menu’s after your first 4 weeks of following your plan. Then after you have completed the following 4 weeks on your plan (total of 8 weeks) you will receive more new additional Menu’s, based on your progress. You will then follow this Full Meal Plan until you reach your Goals.
- Ongoing follow-ups consultations (15 minute zoom consultations) – we’ll meet with you online for your follow-ups with you every two weeks during the first 16 weeks (first 4 months) on your plan, and thereafter meet once a month (every 4 weeks) for the duration of your time working with us to help you keep on track.
- Nutrition education—we’ll help you understand what your key focus areas should be and how to continue the process on your own once you reach your Goal Weight and are on your Maintenance Plan.
- 24/7 access to your online nutritionist via email, we will reply to your questions via email within 24 hours.
- Online weigh-in’s, weight loss tracking – so that we can monitor and keep track of your progress, you will send us your weight twice per week via email, every Monday morning & Friday morning.
Our Healthy Eating Meal Plan is a Day Menu Meal Plan consisting of tasty meals, the plan is easy to follow and is created for each client in a Daily Day Menu format to achieve excellent results. We teach you how to nourish your body the right way, so that you can enjoy greater health. Learning the habits of healthy eating can boost your energy, reduce bodyfat, can sharpen your memory and stabilise your mood. It will result in increased Sports Performance and most importantly Increased Self Confidence.

Our education and experience in Nutrition allow us to help you regardless of your goals or your lifestyle. Our current and former clients are all different and unique, they include marathon runners, stay at home moms, teenagers, students, office professionals, doctors, and everyone in between.
Progress Nutrition strategy and Meal plan
As we use a progress based Nutrition strategy and Meal plan, you will initially receive your Starting 3 Day Menu Meal Plan, and then after the 1st month (4 weeks) you will receive 2 additional Day Menu’s to add to your Starting Menu’s. As you progress during the next 4 weeks, you will then receive another 2 additional Day Menu’s after the next 4 weeks, your Meal Plan will expand and include more variety as you progress and as you lose weight, we will adjust your plan to ensure that you achieve optimum results. Therefore once you have completed 8 weeks on your nutrition plan you will have a full 7 Day Menu Meal Plan, with lots of variety and meal choices on your plan, this is the plan that you will follow until you reach your Goals.
We will meet with you often and assess your Nutritional needs every step of the way. Therefore as your schedule, weight, dietary needs, or other factors, such as goals, change, we will modify the weight loss meal plan to help you keep moving forward. We also do Home Training Programs should you wish to include exercise in your plan (additional fee is applicable for Training Program). We are here to help you succeed and we are invested in seeing you reach your health, fitness, and appearance goals. Your success is our success.
How to get started:
On joining our program you will then receive our Online Client Information & Nutrition Assessment Forms for you to complete and return to us.
Once we have received your Completed Forms and your EFT Payment for your Initial Fee. We will then contact you to schedule your online nutritional consultation (30 minute Zoom Consultation) with your nutritionist – Kevin Naude’. During the session, we will discuss your goals, review information that you provided in your Client Information Forms, and begin to get to know you a little better and delve into why you have been unable to achieve your goals. The exact topics covered vary based on your goals and needs. This session ends with us giving you the date that your Personalised Meal Plan will be ready, we will be emailing your plan to you, it will be ready about 10-12 working days time from your first online zoom consultation.
The coaching process is entirely customised to each client, this includes the Meal Plan, all follow-ups and interactions will address the unique issues and situations that the client presents. No two people are the same, nor are their goals, or their fitness levels, situation factors, you will receive our full commitment to help you to reach your goals.
Monthly Fees for Online Nutrition Coaching Program
Payment of Sign-up Fee is payable upfront on joining by EFT payment, and then thereafter the Monthly Fees are payable on the 1st of every month by EFT, we will email your invoice to you at the end of every month.
Initial Sign-up Fee is R600
Includes your First Online Consultation 30 minute (Zoom Consultation) & your initial 3 Day Menu Meal Plan for you to follow during your initial 4 weeks on your plan. For Athletes & Sports Performance Meal Plans, please contact us to discuss the initial Sign-up Fee.
2nd Months Fee is R400
Includes 2 New Additional Day Menu’s to add to your initial meal plan & includes 2 follow-up Online Zoom Consults for the month, done every 2 weeks (15 minutes each). Weight & progress monitoring by your twice a week email weigh-in’s.
3rd Months Fee is R400
Includes 2 New Additional Day Menu’s to add to your meal plan, you will now have 7 Day Menu’s to follow & also includes 2 follow-up Online Zoom Consults for the month, done every 2 weeks (15 minutes each). Weight & progress monitoring by your twice a week email weigh-in’s.
4th Months Fee is R300
Includes 2 follow-up Online Zoom Consults for the month, done every 2 weeks, (15 minutes each). Also includes Weight & progress monitoring, with your twice a week email weigh-in’s.
Fees every month thereafter are R250 per month, includes your once a Month Follow-up progress consultation on Zoom (15 minute Consultation). As well as your Weight & progress monitoring, with your twice a week email weigh-in’s.
The plan and monthly fees are payable every month until the client cancels. As this is a month-to-month system, you may cancel at any time, we do require that you please send us an email should you wish to cancel your nutrition coaching.
